How To Order
Placing an order
- Get a quote If you have not done so, use the Get A Quote form, call or email to be contacted with a price quote.
- Request an official invoice When you are ready to place the order, let your sales representative know and you will be sent an official invoice.
What to submit
- Complete IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) for every order of a new Master CD/DVD
- Resale certificate if products are for resale and you own a CA reseller permit.
- At least 2 copies of masters
- Artwork can be submitted on a CD, via email or through our website.
- via cash, check and or credit card. All orders are paid before production starts.
Preparing the Master
- Create a proper master disc, click here for a list of acceptable DVD formats.
- Review and QC master disc.
- Always keep a copy of the master for yourself. Do not send us your only copy.

Preparing Artwork
- Prepare artwork using our templates or your own templates.
- Submit the artwork on a CD, via email or through our website art upload.
- Spell check and review artwork carefully before submission
- All artworks need to be submitted with a minimum of 300dpi resolution.
- Please submit your artwork in psd, pdf, tiff or jpeg file.
Art Proofs and Check Disc
- Customers will be sent digital proofs via email for approval. Any changes needed after proofs are generated will delay production time. Hard copy proofs are available, It requires additional production time a cost $40 for each set.
- Printing will start upon approval. No color matching or layout warranty with digital proof. You MUST have reliable art files. Warranty only comes from defect of workmanship.
- Check discs are available, it requires additional production time and extra cost.
Payment
- Payment required for job to start All payments are due up front prior to start of production.
- We accept check, cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- We accept all types of payments. If paying by credit card, fill out a credit card authorization form and return it by fax or email.
- If you have a sellers permit, please make sure we have your resale certificate on file. Otherwise sales tax will be charged.
Shipping Policy
- Shipping costs apply except for specials with free shipping
- Turnaround time quoted does not include shipping
- We ship with FedEx. Special shipping requests need to be arranged in advance.
